Our review is based on salary expectations for highly qualified specialists for 2023. We focused on desired salaries rather than actual salaries, which may vary by location. The data was obtained by Martin Hunt experts who conducted interviews with target candidates – in active or passive job search, as well as those who have already found a job in the last month. We have summarized data on senior-level specialists of all languages and devops, and also identified product managers, product analysts and data scientists. Those candidates who are already working in the relevant locations or remotely are also taken into account
